Sangre De Cristo Red - white creamy flesh offset with dark red skin. Named for the beautiful Sangre De Cristo mountains of northern New Mexico. 
This variety stores well. 
Yukon Gold - golden creamy flesh with gold skin.
Both varieties excellent for any cooking purpose.
